“The best hotel I ever stayed in the past ”

“The hotel is located at a convenient location in Thane in close proximity to Viviana mall. It is super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The food is excellent also. The only reason for not giving them a 10/10 is that they need to take care of their shower situation. The water keeps switching between hot and cold. This was not just a one time situation as we rented several rooms at different times. We reused the issue to the hotel staff who denied knowing the issue. Will definitely be……

“The rooms on the end of the floor fall on the main road, hence the noise is unavoidable. The windows do not have the sound insulation facility so the noise is directly heard which makes the resting period uncomfortable. We had the sound of road being drilled at a very little distance from our room window at around 3:30am for an hour which hampered our sleep.”

“The Hospitality was top-notch, our room was luxurious too. And I must say, the food and drinks were just so delicious, better than our expectations. Compliments to the chef. Only feedback- We don't think the Macaws play any role in the beauty of the resort. I could feel they were unhappiness and wanted to be cage free. Macaws are big birds, they need huge spaces even if we want to keep them in our property. I understand it must exciting for some people but trust me those poor birds don't……

“The only negative is the WiFi. Signals are strong closer to the room door. The more inside you are in the room the weaker the signal becomes and speeds are slow - calls were frequently failing. They need to upgrade to a higher bandwidth WiFi”

“Breakfast , room dining and dinner prices very reasonable. Dinner thali is excellent based on variety of items and price.Recommendable. Hotel staff service is excellent , attentive and responsive. Breakfast should be included in room package not as add on.”

“Nice clean property located on the service road of Western Express highway. Going across the highway was somewhat painful as U-turns were involved. Autos are available with their usual quirks. Hotel staff helpful. ”
