This five-bedroom home in Oceanside has it all! With a private hot tub, plenty of space, and fantastic ocean views, you may never want to leave.

Perched on a hill on the south end of small and quiet Oceanside, this home is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway. Easy beach access is about a mile away at the Oceanside Beach Recreation Site, so you can spend your days hunting for sand dollars, jogging along the beach, and watching for whales. Oceanside itself has a few eateries (including the amazing Roseanna's Cafe), but for more options you can drive five minutes into Netarts or 15 into the larger Tillamook.

The upper level of this home is the main living area, which means you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from the large windows. Have a seat in the living room, use the full kitchen to prepare tasty meals, or walk out onto the large ocean-facing deck to admire the scenery. Here you will also have a cozy gas fireplace, cable TV, WiFi access, and board games available, so nobody will be bored!

With five bedrooms (two of them master-style with attached bathrooms) and four bathrooms, this home can host 13 guests comfortably (with a maximum occupancy of 17 - just pack some air mattresses or sleeping bags for the younger guests!). Up to two dogs are also allowed here with an additional nightly fee.

If you head outside, you will be delighted to find a private hot tub sitting on the lower patio area. You will love to relax in the warm, bubbling water after a long day of walking on the beach.

This home is a perfect place to bring a large family or some close friends to enjoy a slow-paced beach vacation. With the shore so close, and plenty of other attractions nearby including boating on the Tillamook Bay, visiting the Cape Meares Lighthouse, and hiking around coastal trails, everyone will find something to love about this stretch of the northern coast!

With a private hot tub, fantastic ocean views, and plenty of space for a crowd of guests, you will adore this comfortable home in Oceanside!

** No trailers, boats, or RVs allowed due to parking constraints.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Big beautiful common area

We had plenty of room for our group to gather in the living room of this home with big windows looking out on trees. The table was huge for our meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have many bathrooms.

Great for Multi-Family Stays

We had three families stay for a long weekend. There’s a big kitchen island and open concept common rooms. Multiple bathrooms and bedrooms made it great for privacy when we needed it. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Housekeeping forgot to leave enough towels and the manager had them brought to us within the hour. There are a LOT of VHS movies but no VCR. Lol.

Lovely home on hill

Nice home for family gathering. Beautiful great room and open kitchen. Reverse living with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs works well. 5th bedroom is a sofa room attached to great room. Nice sand in yard for kids to play in. No fire pit. Short drive to beach.

Wonderful view with deck and great chairs!

I don't think the house sleeps as many as you say and one room couldn't be used because of an odor. Also, the house has a cranky neighbor. Even though the fire department said we could have a backyard fire, he came down and threatened to call the police and fire department. He should be dealt with!!!!

Over all the house was nice A few things we had problems with The front door had dry rot and has a small hole in it. Water damage in living room ceiling Garage disposal was clogged and not working. I was able to repair it. Small TV 32inch is very small for the room Fire place would not turn on Broken glass on kitchen floor when we arrived cut foot No blender No strainer for pasta No blinds on front window for sunset Bad post and plans with teflon coming off WIFI was very slow would only support one device Kitchen faucet was leaking on the pull out spout. I was also able to repair that

Nice house!

Great property and location! Plenty of space for larger families. Some of the furniture was a bit dated and the lock to the sliding door wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The only downside of this property are the residing neighbors; several of them came out to patrol the culdesac during our stay. One lady was even upset that a football accidentally landed in her front yard while the kids were playing toss. Other than that, we had a great time.

Company Retreat was a huge success

Beautiful property. Beautiful furnishings. House was perfect for our large gathering. We could all be together or go off into our own private quarters if we needed some quiet time.

The house was great for our large group...close to beach and viewpoints

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We had 15-17 people staying with us for the weekend. Everyone had their own space but the kitchen and living room area were great for common areas. There were movies and toys available for our nephew and movies and speakers available for the adult entertainment. We would recommend this house for a large group. The views are also awesome!!

great house for a large group

Overall this house was great! Tons of space for a large group, especially so we could all be together in the living room/kitchen area. The hot tub was clean and the large porch had amazing views of the ocean. The only area that could be improved was the bedrooms - the beds were a little small and the rooms were pretty basic.

We really enjoyed the house! It was spacious and the view was great. It would be nice to see more large bowls and big pots. The only issue we had was the bbq caught on fire due to the grease traps not being correctly cleaned between customers.

Great home to spent time with family and friends

We greatly enjoyed our time in this home. The layout was perfect for multiple families. Everyone had their own space, but yet we were able to coming together in the kitchen, dining and living area. The kids enjoyed playing in the sand, although it was difficult to keep sand off the cement pad next to the hot tub because as we used the hose to wash feet off, it just made the sand wet and more trackable. I don't know that I have a better solution. The rail on the deck upstairs rail could use some maintenance and there were a few missing light bulbs in the kitchen, hallway, and bedroom lamp, but overall the house was very clean and in good repair. We appreciated that it was comfortable and family friendly without a lot of high-end furnishings that we needed to protect from young kids. Communication was great, we had one question on check-in and Tom got back to us right away. A great stay on a lovely part of the Oregon Coast - beautiful sunsets and wonderful memories. Thanks!

Dirty carpeting, furniture and kitchen cupboards overshadow beautiful oceanside view.

The setting is awesome and the floor plan of the house is amazing; however, the condition of the house made our stay less than we had hoped for. The carpets are filthy and we couldn't allow our little one year old baby crawl on them. The davenport and chairs in the family room are seriously stained and dirty; had to cover them with blankets in order to sit on them. The cupboards are not organized and kettles are greasy and dirt is in the drawers where the silverware is kept. Oven never did work even after someone came out to fix it...difficult to bake a family meal without an oven! Both BBQ grills are dirty and dangerous; need to be replaced or just don't offer a BBQ. We love to cook and bake as a family and it was difficult without an oven or a BBQ grill. Toilets kept plugging up and we did not stuff them or put anything down we should not; one toilet was backed up when we got there and two others had to be plunged regularly. Front door extremely difficult to open; had to put full weight against it to open from outside and from inside...well it was difficult to open from inside. Ice machine does not work. Ran out of hot water for showers in the morning. Parental control on TV could not be taken off and we never got any help to figure it out despite our calls for assistance. There must be NO insulation on top floor between top and bottom floors because persons trying to go to bed early, could not sleep if someone was still awake in family/kitchen area due to extreme noise from persons walking upstairs. Our family would not consider a return to this house unless these problems are addressed. I recommend the carpet be replaced with tile or laminate; davenport and chairs be replaced with a material that can be cleaned between guest visits; plumbing gets looked at by professional; larger water heater be installed; oven be fixed and directions for use of oven be posted in kitchen; a new cleaning crew be hired; a new BBQ grill be provided and dangerous grills be removed; front door needs attention so that it can be opened normally. My family had fun despite all these problems; we took them in stride...however, we planned and saved for a year to have this trip and came from Florida, Iowa, and Oregon. Would have been nice if the house would have been a 4 or 5 star location instead of a "2".

Nice location, poor upkeep

Our group of 4 families stayed for a weekend. We rented this property several years ago and chose to return because we love the local area and the home accommodates large groups easily. Unfortunately we found that the house has not been maintained well. - Carpet and furniture worn and stained. - Several of the wall heaters did not work. - We were notified at the last minute that the hot tub would not be available. Most frustrating was that upon arrival we found the oven was not working. We had planned to prepare meals throughout the weekend and not having a working oven was a major inconvenience. We were offered a small refund, but it was not adequate for the circumstance. The oven had apparently been repaired (same issue a few weeks prior), but it, like much of the house is in need of updating/replacement to ensure a comfortable stay.

Enjoyable stay with family, home improvement sorely needed

Group size: 15 + 2 who only stayed during day time (slept elsewhere at night) Where it says accomodates 17 max, that is a SERIOUS strech and likely includes multiple children. We would NOT stay here again with family of more than 11 adults, or else you'll be on couches, personally provided air mattresses, or the floor. The kitchen was not up to par and capable of handling the needs of 17 adults. It was certainly large and contained most, if not all kitchen tools and utensils, which were pluses, but the upkeep of the oven and grill were not satisfactory. The oven stopped working 2 days into our trip. We contacted, and they diligently came out to look, but could not fix it, and only made a half attempt to provide a large toaster oven to do our entire families baking. If you're a large family who likes to cook, I would look somewhere else until this property can be fully repaired. Hot tub was decent (4 people max), temperature was finicky though. Grill worked, but SUPER DIRTY, and ignited in flames during preheat, was not usable. A lot of other small things at this location need to be fixed - sand pit in back needs to be cleaned of glass, wood, and other sharp objects, which we found too easily and often. Be careful with babies and your little ones back there! I thought about giving this location 3 stars because the our family made the best of the situation, but let's be honest, it's the little things that matter. You'll have to go through considerable hoops to contact Vacasa to get any information from them regarding the status of the home's amenities beyond what's on their website, kind of annoying, but I guess business as usual? Their responsiveness to the oven issue was timely though not remedied, and I noticed a lot of the problems with the house in the comments that were continual, and it seems like they hadn't taken step to fix much. You'll be betting on this one if you come with a bigger adult group, and hopefully your family is flexible. If not, I'd advise finding another spot.
