Large windows with coastal views, raised ceilings with skylights, and ample living space highlight this incredible home. Take a short stroll down the neighborhood trail to find a beautiful stretch of beach. After your explorations, return home to rinse off in the outdoor shower and cook out on the gas grill. Savor the gorgeous ocean views on the deck or while gathered around the wood-burning firepit.

Inside, enjoy the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace in the bright and airy living area. Or host a movie in the well-equipped entertainment room, which features a smart TV, Playstation, built-in surround sound, and provided movies and games.

The sparkling kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances - including a Wolf range, two dishwashers, and a built-in refrigerator. A second fridge in the utility room provides even more storage space. When it’s time to eat, gather at the elegant dining table, complete with incredible ocean views.

WHAT’S NEARBY
A short walk on the neighborhood trails leads you to the coast. Stop by Cape Lookout State Park for hiking, stunning views, or a beachside picnic. You’ll also find amazing hikes nearby at Munson Creek Falls, Cape Meares, and the Tillamook National Forest.

Golfers will enjoy playing the Alderbrook Golf Course (13 miles).

Women's Weekend

The property was light, open and airy with a beautiful view. The furniture throughout was comfortable though bed pillows were hard. The bathrooms had a couple of days worth of toiletries (Soap, shampoo..). A few extra towels in the bath would have been nice. The kitchen is beautiful with upgraded appliances and is well stocked - we found everything we needed in cabinets and drawers. That being said, dishes, cups and mugs were all mismatched in size and shape and many were chipped. The coffee maker was broken and we called to report it on day one, the company returned our call and said they would bring a new one the following afternoon, but we went out and bought a french press. The location is perfect for a quiet and peaceful get-a-way but a car is necessary. There is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant (Roseanna's Cafe) in town was very good though. The internet worked well but we had to stand at the router to connect.

Great view, cozy house, perfect vacation spot!

The view from the living area was amazing! The house was clean and cozy perfect for our family getaway. Grandparents, Aunt & Uncle, my Husband two little girls and I had plenty of space and really enjoyed the house and location would stay here again for sure and plan to in the future!

Great spot to stay!

This was a great vacation stay! Each room had its own bathroom, which was awesome since we had three "groups" staying at the house. Everyone had their own space! The family room was nice (we didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but it was nice for movie night one night). The kitchen/dining area was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach, or a quick trip down in a vehicle. There was ample parking at the beach nearby, and cute shops for coffee/souvenirs. The house had all the amenities you'd need for making meals, and plenty of parking. The deck had chairs and a table for eating outside, and a great view. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

It was frustrating to have no access to the beautiful deck from the master bedroom due to broken, falling apart sliding curtains. Our host, Jeremy was so good to go to bat for us for this and several other issues that were lacking attention from our cleaners & such. I spent 3 days of my vacation sending photos to prove (shouldn’t have to do any of this) the issues, multiple texts & just not right for a vacation I saved for 13 years to take!! Nope, I don’t have extra money and it didn’t come easy for me to make it happen, unlike many of your other booking guests. I hope I get to go back to the same home someday and not have to do anything but but “turn the key” and be set.

Great stay in Oregon

Amazing location, lovely neighborhood! We felt like being at home.. You can drive or have a bit of a walk to the beach which is beautiful. Tillamook offers few activities in case you’re up to it. Loved the house, very convenient set up - 3 bedrooms with bathroom for each.

Lovely Home for Right Group

A beautiful home with enough separate spaces to meet a large group’s shared and private spaces. Appreciated the lovely beach towels and sand toys. The entertainment area had something for everyone. A beautiful gourmet kitchen with an interesting refrigerator. Be aware that cartons of milk must lay down, we figured it out and had enough room if we used a cooler for canned drinks. A small full sized refrigerator in the garage would be really helpful for larger groups or longer stays. A few things to think about: while the view from the well appointed deck is great the trek to the beach was too difficult and steep for the baby, two year old and grandma with a bum knee. If you don’t want to drive to the beach this will be a problem for you. The pans in the kitchen were a bit of a problem as they are mostly old with scrapped non stick surfaces that should be thrown away. Given the lovely kitchen buying decent pans would be an inexpensive expenditure and much appreciated for people choosing to prepare meals. The house was clean but I arrived about 15 minutes early because traffic was light. I waited in the car for the cleaners to be done. I was surprised that neither cleaner were wearing masks. If, like us, you are concerned for non- vaccinated people, like our three youngsters you might have a chat with the management company. We were asked to put used sheets and towels in garbage bags to protect the cleaners, but we had used the three provided for garbage, so just left them in the laundry closet. One of our children has heart issues, and we assumed from information in the website that careful consideration was being given to the cleaning process. So ask before you go if that is an issue in your family. We only had 3 washcloths for the group of 8. The management company did respond by bringing out a few more when I contacted them but I had to give them an accounting of what linens were in the bathroom, which was a small annoyance. We had a wonderful visit, but the lack of easy access to the beach for the wide range of family members ages and abilities means we will choose a different property next time.

Comfortable beach home

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Oceanside is a great little town. We felt very safe and loved the views. My family of 5 had plenty of room. My only suggestion would be to add a few more fans as a few nights there wasn’t much breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic views from a lovely home

The ocean views from this house are spectacular. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and downstairs there’s 1 bedroom and bathroom, along with a cushy tv area, which is perfect for kids. The kitchen is well stocked, and is the first vacation rental kitchen where there are actually good knives for chopping and cutting! We stayed here with our three kids (all under 5 years old), and felt like it was a good spot. Although, if you have non walkers the stairs might be an issue. The walk to the beach was really fun for the kids, but it might be tough for folks with limited mobility. The town is really cute, you can be there within a 10 minute walk. Be sure to check restaurant/shop times for availability. We weren’t prepared for the lack of options midweek, as most places nearby were only open on weekends. All and all a great house.

Great small town & beautiful beach

We all absolutely loved our stay because the home was clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood & had a great view. Plenty of space to cook in kitchen, loved the stove. Nice little walk down to the beach, but too difficult for our parents due to steep climb up and down tires. Easy to drive down though. Highly recommend Blue Agate restaurant! Loved the fire pits down on the beach too. We left some body boards for future guests. Water was usually pretty cool but we jumped in anyway and had a lot of fun in the water. So many cool areas nearby to see as well!

Beautiful views and quiet location.

We had a wonderful time in this low-key area. There are only a couple of places to dine so cooking in is a necessity. Our two issues were the cookware (skillets were badly scratched teflon) and the fact that there was no recycling. Throwing bottles, cans and plastic into the trash is not cool. Recycling pickup is available however this location wasn't participating.

First Summer Beach Trip

My husband had work in Tillamook and brought his associate as well. This was our first time to Netarts, loved it. The house was perfect for the 5 of us; our 2 kids stayed downstairs while my husband and Stayed in the master and 5th had the other upstairs bedroom. Loved the view, the deck, big yard, firepit and downstairs movie room. Really clean and everyone had their own space. The upstairs has a beautiful view and was a perfect space to find a book and read. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and basic cooking needs (hate going places with zero anything!) So that was really appreciated. Loved our stay here. Highly recommend.
