“Great property for a weekend stay in Rhinebeck. Easy to walk to town. We stayed in the writer's suite, a very large room with plenty of seating and a very nice bathroom. Breakfasts were fantastic. Very enjoyable stay.”

“The walls and floors are not well insulalted so you can be in the peoples conversation (who lived there 3 of them)want to or not.I asked for ear plugs andt they didn't have any n were mad that I asked. They were cooking in kitchen @9:30 in the evening making diner with lots of noise.. My room was up 5 steps n the room next door thin walls . The place was not clean. You did not have use of any of the house like the ad says.I was not even allowed to make a cup of hot water on the stove.Bed was……

“Close to Kingston and Hwy 87, thus convenient. Friendly host(s), a very pleasant stay. We were okay with no cell phone reception or TV because the wifi was fine, and we enjoyed this quiet getaway. Breakfast was tasty, artisan bread, large portions of fresh fruit. Restful and comfortable.”

“We were greeted by Michelle and given a tour of the house. Our room was beautifully decorated and quite big enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast was a real treat - creatively cooked and served by Michelle. We enjoyed conversation around the communal dining table. So close to some wonderful hiking and other outdoor activities. “Our stay was rather disappointing. The property seems neglected. Some lightbulbs in the bathroom were not working . The coffee maker was really filthy inside. Instead of breakfast we were offered some packaged pastry from a gas station. Plus, there were a bunch of insects in the room. There was no drinking water in the property we ended up driving to get water. I don’t understand they can charge so much money ”

“The stay was awesome and the proprietor was wonderful. When we first drove into the city we were concerned about our surroundings but once we arrived we couldn't have been happier. The street Kingston Bed and Breakfast was on is a treasure trove of history surrounded by houses and buildings dating back to the late 1700s, early 1800s all well preserved and welcoming.
