“Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it.”

“Lovely setting, but there were issues. Something was falling from the ceiling onto the bedroom with the queen bed. The back bathroom was not clean, windowsills not clean, mold on the shower curtain. Old dog poop was on the deck. Leaves were on the floor in the hallway when we arrived.”

The garden felt like decades of work, lush with Japanese Maples and visited by all kinds of birds and the occasional chipmunks.Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, hot tub was clean and awesome. Heaters really pump the heat when the nights get cold. Tons of natural light.Don't be afraid of the one-lane road to the property; it's low trafficked and the neighbors do not speed. “Absolutely loved our stay at this Bodega Bay beach house! The view of the ocean right outside the window and just down the hill was breathtaking. The open layout of the house made it feel so spacious and welcoming. The hot tub and steam room were the perfect touches for relaxing after a day of exploring the coast. “One of the best house rental stays we have had. The house is even better than described. So thoughtfully decorated for beach fun and comfort. Beautiful lighting throughout the house, especially in the living room. The primary bedroom has indoor shutters so you can sleep through the bright morning, or nice sun shades so you can let the sun in as desired. The primary bed is electric and raises to your preference, there is even a zero gravity setting. We played scrabble by the fire on colder……

“This is a nice place! It's a good size room, with a nice view and has some good places to eat close by. The Birds Cafe and Fishetarian are great! The only issue is the shower has no door or curtain, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. Despite that, I would stay here again. ”

“Gorgeous views of Bodega Bay from three large window in living areas. Missed having a microwave. Otherwise, kitchen well-equipped. Parking tight and felt like we were intruding on the dilapidated house in front. A bit of a trek bringing suitcases and supplies in from the back alley and into the backyard to the back of the house. Beds were comfortable and the houses was well-suited for our two children and two small dogs. ”

“We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!”
