We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. ”

“I have hot flashes so it was important to have central air. It was not clear from the listing that there was no central air just a tiny unit in one bedroom that did little to cool the apartment. The agent was rude and very unhelpful- My son and I left the property after just 2 days- We had paid for a full 5 day stay, but she refused to reimburse any part of the money paid. Very poor customer service skills.”
