“The room smelled of septic system and staff was not responsive to this once they were told and the leaky toilet was simply mopped up and not taken care of. They simply said this region was associated with this ‘ biological odor’the staff did not notify us of all the perks. They could have offered a discount because we had room that smelled but they were not inclined when asked. In addition the staff member we spoke to about the smelly room kept conveniently forgetting about the issue and telling……

“Our stay at Vincenzo Family Hotel was pure perfection. The owners and staff were the kindest and most hardworking people. They kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the port. We really felt like everyone went above and beyond. The staff seem to work from first thing in the morning to late at night ensuring everything is perfect. The breakfast was incredible too. Delicious simple breakfasts with freshly squeezed orange juice and nice jams. quick Housekeeping every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, with directions, recommendations, fun facts and even some nice chitchat. Beautiful walkable town. Lots of cute kitties. The only things that were a bit inconvenient was the shower and the jacuzzis because the shower head holder was installed at……
