“Initially I was feeling disappointed because this cabin backs up to the road and there is a big white house across the street so it didn't feel as woodsy as i hoped, but it was actually a very quiet road and we enjoyed having a camp fire in the yard. The cabin was not unlocked but Brittany came right over and let us in.over and let us in. ”

“It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. ”

“We had an excellent weekend at the cabin, very happy with the ax throwing/swings by the fire. We are used to traveling/camping so brought many things with us to make the weekend easier. - The backyard is not well lit & puddles water. Need flashlight/headlamp, rubber boots, & extra trash bags to cover the wet seats. The owner and his helpful daughter brought us two boxes of dry wood. Thank you! Lighter fluid was provided, no matches. Patio fireplace was not used: cushions left out in the rain……

“My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. There are some extremely nice wineries around the area. This little cabin was adorable and very efficient. The owner was easy to deal with and anxious to please. “We loved our weekend in the woods at Hemlock Haven. We had a lot of trouble finding the place as our GPS wouldn't recognize the address and it's not visible from the road. The gate threw us off as well because we weren't looking for a gated driveway, (and it was labeled a different number than the cabins address). I noticed this in others comments also, a simple fix would be a message before arrival included w the welcome/renters agreement messaging. Once we found it, we loved its location!……

“My 19 yr old daughter has always wanted a treehouse, but never had one. We decided since she never had one of her own, we should at least stay at one and found this beautiful treehouse! The pictures are spot on and the treehouse is even cooler in person! Everything feels so welcoming and inviting, including the touches by the host, such as the local bottle of wine! The lights on the walk bridge and the outside of the treehouse make it look so pretty at night. The remote location is perfect and……
