“On a very busy street. Rooms have narrow windows and the blinds have to be kept drawn since it faces nearby buildings. Hence the room feels closed in. The staff was very helpful and the food was really good”

“World class property. Total surprise for a small town. The lobby is as large and impressive as some 5 star hotels, if more modestly furnished. The hotel is brand new, they told us they opened in November 2023. The rooms are fresh, well appointed, pleasing to the eye and the bed was very comfortable surprisingly no USB ports in any of the power outlets. Bathroom is modern and rivals 4 star hotels in Europe & the USA. The floors are laminate or hardwood not carpet & everything was clean and fresh……

“Rooms are really good. Service is good. Staff members are nice and doing their best. Kudos. Couple of things to watch. Have the ac running in the reception to make the clients comfortable. That have it but to save cost, using fans that is not helpful. The restaurant interiors must go for huge uplift. It looks like a mess. Food quality is good and no complaints. Staff at restaurant are humble and dong the best. ”

“There is no property with such name. Expedia took money from me in the name of bogus hotel which doesn’t exist and after that they done have a customer service number where we can put our complaint. Worst company and I am going to posit about it on social media as well”

“Extremely substandard infrastructure. The food was good Service was good But the hotel was very dingy, the air conditioner was noisy, the bed sheets were stained, bathroom were poorly maintained and didn’t have hot water ”

“Wasn’t Gods stay. Firstly they said don’t have booking confirmation, secondly no car parking space (parked car outside the hotel), thirdly no wifi ( said its not working ) and finally rude front desk staff.”
