“This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. An intern by the name of Gulnaz made our stay very special with her……

“Service is fine but not as much hospitality as anticipated. People working there are more like doing some robotic response. Would not make me feel like being welcomed or home.”

“总的来说订这家酒店是因为它的名气-万豪，但效果并不理想。不知道是不是印度的审评标准和中国人的不同。我觉得这种酒店装饰和设备和我们中国三星级的差不多。更让我意想不到的是，衣柜居然有一只活蟑螂爬来爬去。真让人作恶。”

“Easy, quick check in. Clean and comfortable. Modern decor. Plenty of hot water. Large King bed. Extra pillow and towels were provided as soon as I asked. Girl and chap on reception were very obliging, delivering our breakfast at the time we asked for and a lovely fruit platter was provided, cornflakes with cold milk and hot milk coffee. Had a very enjoyable stay.😁 ”
