Pros: Reasonably priced, convenient location, very quiet, the beds were very comfortable and free breakfast included. The front desk agent was very nice. The AC was okay, it took a pretty long time to kick in but once it does, it was nice and cold. Water temperature in the shower was great, and there were plenty of towels. Lobby is nicely decorated and looked clean. Cons: The room was not very clean-pubic hair all over the toilet, hair on the bed and we could smell someone's cologne on the bedding. Water damage on the ceiling. Carpet and furniture full of stains. Dispensers for shower gel were completely empty. I was surprised at this because I read the reviews and the majority was about superb cleanliness. The bathroom door is clouded glass so if you're looking for privacy from your travel companions you won't get it. The housekeeper dropped a bunch of f-bombs in front of my young child because the elevator door wouldn't close. I did mention some of these things and the desk agent was apologetic and offered points to my membership (that I only opened for this visit) which was very kind though unnecessary.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room walls could use a good cleaning(at least the one we stayed in). The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very good.

There were c*m stains on the couch and the floor. The pictures online made it seem like a newer hotel, and it might be, but it definitely is not taken care of. The hotel itself is on a main road, so it is very noisy at night. We checked in after 9pm after driving all day and didn't notice the stains until we had our kids settled. Since we were only staying a few hours before getting on the road again we just made the best of it (no one was aloud near the couch). We will not be staying at this hotel again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Hyatt Place Titusville / Kennedy Space Center was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. All the staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and truly committed to great service. A very special shoutout to Manuel, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful — a true asset to the team! We also want to thank Robert, who transported us to the port for our cruise on the Carnival Mardi Gras. He was friendly, punctual, and made the ride stress-free and enjoyable. It's clear that both Manuel and Robert take great pride in what they do, and it really showed. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable — a perfect spot for anyone heading to the port or visiting the Space Center. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

The staff/service was the best part of our stay here. Always greeting us and quick to provide extra toiletries etc. The breakfast was fine. However, the room was dismal and not what I’m used to when staying at a Hyatt hotel, especially when I’m paying more than I am at other locations. My main concern was the dirtiness of the bathroom. Built-up soap scum on/around the shower head and drain plug, and a brown residue in the tub corner that was unappealing. Cobwebs in one ceiling corner of the room, and the unreliable tv connection (no signal) throughout our stay were two other issues I had.
