“WOW! What a great place. Paul and Tracey were not only hospitable, but great historical information of the house and surrounding areas. “This a great location in Newport. It is such a walkable city and this location is VERY walkable for restaurants, sight-seeing and just exploring! A nice breakfast was included with our reservation and was made to order. No self-serve room with numerous chafing dishes of dried out scrambled eggs, super greasy bacon and toasters or waffle irons that you operate yourself. Our bed was very comfortable and the room charming! The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. ”

“I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. It truly felt like a modern beach hut—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.The walk to the bay and beach was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect location for a relaxing and adventurous getaway.The only minor issue we encountered was the patio area, which unfortunately wasn’t set……
