“The property was extremely clean and well kept. We arrived early, and left late, but were able to store our luggage while we continued touring Bergen. We had trouble with hot water however the host was so responsive. She eventually moved us to another apartment. Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere!! They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. ”

“We stayed for 2 nights at the end of a week skiing in Norway. The hotel had a great location in the city in easy reach of the light rail, train and bus routes. The family room was a great layout and very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely helpful and their spoken English was great. The cleaners always spoke when we passed them in the corridor which was lovely. Breakfast was amazing - the best we have had in a city hotel in a long time.
