“Business trip! The reason to pick this hotel since it's so closed to El Marquis Industrial Business Park. My co-worker from Japan and me (USA) both love the service here!! The room size is super huge!! We booked 2 rooms, and each room has 2 Queen-size bed. Staff is super nice and friendly here. A young man Ivan speaks English and he gives really good hands and tips about our questions. There's a hotel connected taxi driver named Alrando, we uses him as our driver at all time, he's in good help……

“Mi hospedaje fue como hotel, es decir, toda la noche. La cama está dura, amanecí con dolor de espalda. El cuarto está limpio, moderno, bien aprovechado el espacio, está ubicado a la orilla de una avenida y si se escuchan los trailers en la noche. Tienen cámaras para seguridad de los clientes. Relación costo- beneficio es bueno. Solo que cambien sus colchones, si están muy duros para dormir.”

“The man at the front desk was very kind and very helpful. The property was well maintained and had easy access tot he airport. I would highly recommend this property when needing to stay near the airport.”

“Todo muy bien, las instalaciones son adecuadas, limpias, no es grande lo cual no lo hace que este saturado de gente y bullicio, el restaurante tiene mucha variedad en el menu, el personal siempre muy amables. Lo unico que se podria mejorar es el servicio del WIFI, es muy inestable y para estar trabajando en la habitacion es muy problematico e incomodo. La ubicacion esta muy bien para llegar a los parques industriales que estan alrededor, pero para ir a Queretaro si esta un poco retirado, solo……

“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”
