“The Villa was perfect for our needs and comes with beach mats, folding chairs and towels. The a/c in the bedrooms were perfect to lower the temp for a solid sleep on great mattresses. The air fryer, and George Foreman grill in the kitchen came with enough plates and cooking areas for all of us. Internet connection was high speed and worked flawlessly. The small soaking pool was perfect to cool down and enjoy a beverage or while watching a Tobago sunset. Communication with Frank was excellent.……

“Did not stay at all. Smelled of mold and pet dander. Windows were moldy. Bathtub stained, stove dirty, AC leaking next to bed. No blankets. Definitely not close to the beach. I'm highly allergic to unsanitary things and had an anaphylaxis attack within minutes of being inside the house. It was an ordeal and an inconvenience because I had to find somewhere else to stay for my trip at the last minute. I'd like to have my total payment refunded and also compensation for my inconvenience and risk of……
