Fully equipped home is on a quiet street close to everything. SLEEPS 26! Few minutes from community pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts, dog park and lake front beach. Approximately 10-20 min away from Camelback Mountain, Mount Airy Casino, Kalahari, Great wolf Lodge, shopping outlets, vineyards and many other attractions.
The House features a firepit (firewood included), 2 65inch tv's, Full Game room. New Kitchen and bathrooms plus much more.

What is included: we want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are supplying everything you could want and need during your stay.
General: Fresh sheets and towels for all guests (crib sheet NOT included), trash bags, paper towels, dish Soap, hand Soap, Laundry detergent.
All cooking utensils: pots, pans, baking sheets, grill accessories, corkscrews, cutting boards etc.)
Dishware/flatware: full knife set, knives, forks, spoons, plates, bowl's, cups, drinking glasses, shot glasses, wine glasses, serving bowls and serving dishes.
Kitchen Appliances: Keurig, kettle, blender, toaster, coffee machine (coffee not included).
Laundry: Washer and Dryer (detergent included). Iron, Ironing board,

The house is deep cleaned after each stay with antibacterial supplies.

What a great setup for a fun weekend! A bunch of young adults enjoyed a trip to this home, which was spacious and clean, and in a gated community. The owner Yuriy was very accessible and helpful at all times! Highly recommended!

We had lots of fun! The house was well stocked for our family cooking time. The house was very clean. The host was reachable every time we reached out to them. The house was so cozy. We had a great stay at this house, which comfortably accommodated our large party. There was plenty of entertainment to keep everyone engaged, including board games, arcade games, card games, and table games. The location was also very convenient, being close to the casino, mountain activities, and outlet shopping. The only downsides were a broken bed (which the host offered to have someone come and fix) and the hot water running out as our large group showered back-to-back. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind staying here again!

We had a great stay at this property for a quick 2 night trip. Location is good for the poconos and the place was big enough to accommodate our family and friends group. This space is great for a group. It’s very pretty but, as others said, it’s clear it’s a flip. The location is great. Yuriy is FANTASTIC - we had a number of requests and he was very responsive in meeting them. There is plenty of pots and pans there, no need to bring any of your own. Some places in the house have little chips and dings that make it clear it’s a place for a group to stay and not a luxurious vacation spot. Some challenges: there’s only one cozy common space, so if your group has different sound needs and can’t just go outside for quiet then this may not work for you. Accessibility-wise, there’s 12 steps to the first floor. The beds all sit pretty low to the ground so it may be hard for people with knee issues. We could not figure out the heating/cooling system and one night everyone was freezing and the next everyone was sweating bullets.

The property in question offers ample space for large families, however, there were minor issues encountered during our stay. The bathtub was unusable due to a leaking light fixture underneath, indicating a need for proper sealing. Additionally, the thermostat located downstairs resulted in uneven temperature distribution, with upstairs becoming excessively hot in the summer. Despite these challenges, the property manager was responsive and provided immediate assistance, showcasing excellent hosting. Overall, the property is a great choice for gatherings and leisure, with the potential for an enhanced experience with attention to these details.

This was a fun place for a big family reunion celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary for my parents. We had 21 guests stay at the location, taking full advantage of the 8 different bedrooms and various sleeping options for families with and without kids. We made use of the nice electric grill on the patio and firepit, and also enjoyed playing pool and some of the video games that were in the gaming room. We also enjoyed going to the amenities the community had to offer, especially the swimming pool which was awesome. Even on Saturday we didn't have trouble getting in, and it cost us just $12 a person for the day pass. Well worth it during the heat dome. Plenty of parking for the 7 cars that we had. Checkin was easy in the gated community and no one complained - took about 5 minutes to check in at the gate house, get our pass and get out. The host was very friendly and communicative - we had to change out one of the cars and he assured us it wouldn't be an issue. There's plenty of seating for a big group. Big TV allowed us to play some fun Jackbox games with the group. There's a Dollar General right outside the gate for ease of shopping for things you might forget. Linens and towels were provided. Some of the family went to the nearby state park and enjoyed the lake there for free. It had a lot of people picnicing and enjoying the environment. Overall a great stay. Would go back.

Overall our stay was fantastic, though there were some minor issues that should be addressed. There was some latent moisture in the area leading to the garage that may cause some issues down the line (on the step down into the game room), and there was a slight water intrusion during a heavy rainstorm into the room. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and everyone enjoyed themselves!

Stayed a weekend. We had a great time. There were 8 of us so we each had our own bedroom. Plenty of bathrooms, huge showers, and the kind of quirks you’d expect from a flipped house. Not much in the way of comfortable seating, but we made do. All in all, I’d recommend it.

Me and my family stayed there for 2 nights and we had an awesome time. Everything was exactly how it showed in the pictures. The view was really beautiful and the neighborhood was pretty. There were lots of games for the children. The fire pit was beautiful. Every room was clean. Yuriy was a great host. She helps you with everything that you need. Everything was perfect for a family vacation.

The location of the house was just perfect. There's a pool, beach, mini golf and so much more within a 5 min drive. We came with a bunch of extended family so we had a wide variety of ages at the house and we all enjoyed it. The home was extremely cozy and the fire pit in the backyard was really the cherry on top. The host was also very responsive and helpful. If we needed anything, they were responding within minutes! This was extremely helpful given we weren't familiar with the area and where to go. Highly recommend!!!

There are a few things on this listing that are not accurate or that have been left out. So wanted to share for those considering this property for their vacation. For reference, we stayed early August with family, 2 grandparents, 7 adults and 5 kids under 4. This house has been renovated yes, but has lots of wear to it. The downstairs, was a good 12 degrees cooler than the rest of the house, which caused us to have to double layer clothing and bedding. The front steps into the house are starting to separate from the house and are at a slant, which made it a bit unsteady for the little ones and the grandparents. The house in in a very large gated community, with a varying of rentals and permanent residents. There are several houses that are well-maintained and lots that are not. We were not impressed with the neighborhood. The backyard is right on a busy road with lots of noise. Making it unsafe for the young kids to play, since there is no fence. The grass was not cut and there were several items in the yard that made it uninviting to use the fire pit. We had several issues while we were there and Yuriy was very quick to respond and resolve them. Like the couch breaking twice, with someone falling through it and having a new one delivered. And the front-load washer seal being covered in mold and mildew. For the cost of this property, we did not feel it was a fair value. And would have been the same price to just have stayed at a resort instead.

Nice showers. Comfy beds. Lots of space. We had everything we needed. We rented Yuriy's house for a family reunion and the teenage cousins loved having the game room and their own bunkroom right there. Communication with Yuriy was great. There were a few issues with the house, but he and his team took care of everything right away. We weren't impressed with the neighbhorhood. It's in a private gated community, but the house backs up to a major road so you hear traffic when you're outside on the deck or by the fire pit. There are deer everywhere! Yuriy was very good about explaining the amenities and how all of that worked. 5 permanent passes came with the house and then we could opt to purchase additional daily passes as needed if more than 5 people wanted to do something at the same time. It's about 3/4 of a mile to the main recreational complex from the house. There are 3 other recreational areas in different sections of the gated community. The pool that we would have preferred to use with our teens was closed during our entire stay because they didn't have enough lifeguards to open it. We expected that our kids would be busy with all the amentities, but they didn't end up using them much. They used the pool table in the game room a lot!

Our group of 25 adults and kids had a great time at the Pocono Mtn house. Communication with Yuriy was smooth and timely. Property was newly renovated and we appreciated the amenities from the board games, arcade, billiard table, fire pit and large dining table. Very accessible to the pool and playground area. Also location was near Shorprite and many restaurants.
