“We had 13 people ages 4-83 stay for a week. The pools (one indoor and one outdoor) were wonderful and the views from the outdoor pool and terrace above spectacular. The house is looking its age in some ways, but is very comfortable, functional and spacious. The kitchen and outdoor grill worked great for cooking large meals. We had some problems with the air conditioning, but the owners dispatched help almost immediately. The location requires a drive to go anywhere, and cute Italian towns with……

“Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der fantastische Pool und das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgen für viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Besonders herzlich war der Vermieter, der geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet hat.Das Grundstück liegt in Seenähe, was schöne Spaziergänge und den Besuch vieler gemütlicher Restaurants……

“Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.”

“The pictures on line do not do justice to this unbelievable property . We had four families and a few friends totaling 27 people . We each had our own apartment and private space even at the pool but when we gathered for dinner , there was enough seating inside and outside to accommodate all of us . Laila graciously recommended Marco to give us a pasta cooking class and we loved him so much , he cooked our final farewell dinner in true Umbrian fashion . There were hiking trails , a fishing pond……
