“A great house for a large family group. The listing needs correcting because there are four bedrooms (not three) - two kings (correctly described), one queen and one queen with a single above in a bunk arrangement (not two singles). A photo of the fourth bedroom would be helpful in the listing. The cleaning needs some improvement although our first impressions were that it was clean we then found a vape under the sofa cushion, and when retrieving a child's toy we moved the sofa and discovered……

“Lovely property with plenty of room and a nice well kept back garden. Coffee and tea came in handy - little sachets of milk would be even better : ) Plenty of parking around and we could see the Etihad from the loft.”

“We had booked to stay here and check in at 4pm. By 6pm we still had no check in details despite attempting to contact the host on multiple occasions. None of the customer services team could help only advised they would get back to us which they never did. We asked for a refund by 8pm as we needed to find alternative accommodation and were told we’ve got to wait an hour for the host to see if they contact before we can start a refund process. We ended up booking a hotel which cost a significant……

“About 6 day rate in an Uber to CoOp Arena, it’s in the middle of a housing estate so I would recommend that a taxi/uber is used especially in dark. Bedrooms spacious and as described. One towel provided per guest so maybe take your own if staying longer than one night. Parking is behind a gate which can be locked. Sofa bed not used as a bed but uncomfortable to sit on so would not like to have slept on it. Had to report quite a few maintenance issues to the property host which was a shame. I……

“We loved our stay here. The house has been completely updated and it’s very comfortable. The rooms are clean, there was plenty of bedding, heating worked great so we weren’t cold and we loved the stackable washer/dryer. Easy walking to fun restaurants and super fun vibe in the area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend!”

“This flat is close to the Piccadilly train station, but just far enough that we needed a taxi due to the amount of luggage we had. The flat was great and gave us plenty of space. Steph was very responsive and helpful with my questions. The location is good and you can catch an Uber pretty quickly to get around town. Overall we had a great stay.”

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
