Resort should tell ppl quiet time after 10 not just post it. Upstairs neighbours stomped and dropped things till 1am and started again at 6:10am . Told them next morning “sorry about that” disappointment that there was no other better response.

The rooms are clean, but outdated, furnished in an ad hoc fashion, and not overly thoughtful about customer use. It’s overpriced for the state of the room, but that just may be what it is for Ucluelet. Staff are kind and helpful, but lower your expectations - the photos are great, but not representative of the rooms.

The property was in a great location with cafes and other food options across the street. It definitely felt safe, the rooms are very large, and the staff were incredibly kind. I would stay here again!

Our stay in a ground floor double queen facing the water was very good. Comfortable beds and great pillows. The vanity is separated from the shower and toilet, which is very convenient. The room was very clean, with a balcony, that was enclosed, so great for the dog. The water though is a marina and when tide goes out you are viewing mud. They had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave, which was very helpful, but not one dish besides a mug and the common kitchen required a large fee to use, we only wanted a soup bowl, plate and utensils for non cook item. A luggage rack would be helpful, as I felt bad putting my suitcase on the white bedspread as the 2 chairs were very, very small and there is no other surface to open a suitcase on. The rooms are not soundproof so you do hear walking above, it is a wooden building so sound carries, it didnt bother us. We would stay there again.

L'emplacement est beau et la chambre était belle. Nous avons eu des enfants qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre au-dessus mais le personnel a fait respecter l'heure de tranquillité à 22h00 et nous avons bien dormi. Ce n'est pas bien insonorisé. Il y a une cafetière, un frigo, un micro-ondes et une machine à café mais pas de vaisselle. Il y a une cuisine commune où on peut se procurer des articles de cuisine mais celle -ci aurait besoin d'améliorations. Par contre, ça nous a bien dépanné pour avoir des bols et cuillers pour céréales.

This was my favourite stay of my trip hands down. I was able to get it for a very reasonable price considering the location so I wasn’t expecting much based on the price, I was very pleasantly surprised The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable which was definitely needed after several hours of travelling. Environment was quiet and peaceful - exactly what I was looking for on my vacation. The hotel was conveniently located within range of restaurants, attractions and hikes I wanted to see. I will most definitely be back next year for my annual trip to the island.
