Our stay in a ground floor double queen facing the water was very good. Comfortable beds and great pillows.
The vanity is separated from the shower and toilet, which is very convenient.
The room was very clean, with a balcony, that was enclosed, so great for the dog. The water though is a marina and when tide goes out you are viewing mud.
They had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave, which was very helpful, but not one dish besides a mug and the common kitchen required a large fee to use, we only wanted a soup bowl, plate and utensils for non cook item.
A luggage rack would be helpful, as I felt bad putting my suitcase on the white bedspread as the 2 chairs were very, very small and there is no other surface to open a suitcase on.
The rooms are not soundproof so you do hear walking above, it is a wooden building so sound carries, it didnt bother us.
We would stay there again.
