The hotel has a nice setting and some good features, but there are areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. Garbage around the property wasn’t always picked up promptly, and the lounge was only available if you purchased food or drinks from the restaurants, which felt limiting at times.
Some rooms didn’t have air conditioning, and the water station at the entrance wasn’t consistently refilled. The firepit was only lit if you asked, and coffee wasn’t automatically provided in the rooms, though staff were helpful once you requested it.
For the price of the rooms, the value just doesn’t quite match what you receive. With some extra attention to these details, the overall experience could feel much more worthwhile.
