“It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. Fortunately there are 3 Japanese youth guests came out and help us to call the CS,finally we got my villa Password.We appreciated their help and stayed with us in the cold weather almost an hour.
