It was my fourth time living there, they never made me disappointed. The room is very neat and the hot water was able to came quickly. What my favorite is the pillows, they are firm but soft, which made my neck and back comfortable. I planned another trip with my mom. Hope I can live here next time.
it's pretty close to Shintomicho Station and hatchobori Station, it's easy to access the great place you want to visit. Room is quite small but comfortable, breakfast need to order in front-desk, there is cafe near-by to have the breakfast, just check map.
The rooms are nice enough and the staff are friendly, but unfortunately I’m pretty sure this hotel has a mold problem or some big plumbing problem.
My bathroom had a very strong dank, moldy smell that was almost overpowering. The bathtub in the bathroom is not grouted and there is no seal against the wall, so there is a space between the tub and the wall where water can get in. It smelled like water had been sitting there for a long time.
I brought this up to the staff but they did not seem to understand this is not normal or healthy.
