“房間老舊，沒有洗手間。女性尤其不便，我住的樓層甚至沒有女洗手間，要走一層樓梯，還要走進另一走廊才有女厠。洗臉刷牙又在走廊，即使不介意未梳洗見人，但要拿著一堆用品離開房間到外面，也挺麻煩。溫泉環境簡陋，完全沒有舒適放鬆的感覺。唯一優點是職員友善殷勤。這樣的價錢實在令人失望。”
