I was given a handicap room which i didnt book.the shiwer had no pressure.the comforter had stains on it which i got another one.food was limited.

This was a whole month stay for us and we cannot find a complaint about anything even if we wanted. We wish to particularly praise the helpful and friendly stuff at breakfast (miss Bee) and behind the counter. We shall stay in this hotel in future.

The pool filter did not work. There were hairballs on the top. Before I seen that I filled the water and it was too cold for our smallest child to even get in. Breakfast was not impressive. Great price, very close to Botanical gardens and the zoo. It was a great location to shopping, restaurants and Meijer. The mattresses are not very comfortable and the rooms needs more outlets by the bed. A mirror by the desk would be helpful to get ready for the day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you Satin for making us fresh coffee when we arrived.

Unit seems dated. Hand shower head was broken and had to be held while showering. Key was programed twice and still couldn't use on outside doors. Smoking area is next to front door and have to walk through secondhand smoke.

Descent stay for the price. We were disappointed that the pool was kinda shady. I nice greasy film on the top. Also we had our bathroom fan leaking a brownish liquid which would fall on you as you were using the toilet. This occurred the last night of your stay and we were not gonna pack up everything and move for the night at that time.

The room was very nice and the layout was perfect for us. The breakfast was good - less choices than other places but tasted good. We had problems checking in. We called the hotel to ask a question before arriving and it took 4 calls to get someone to answer - once on hold for over 6 minutes. When we arrived there was no one at the desk and an employee sitting in the couch said she didn’t know where she was. When we got ready for bed and pulled out the sleeper sofa it was very dirty and filled with trash. There were no sheets. Again, we had to wait a long time for someone to come to the front desk to help us. He brought sheets to the room and they were way too large but he said that’s all they had. We had to ask for pillows. There was also no blanket, so we used the bedspread off of the other bed. The employees we interacted with were somewhat unprofessional and lacked initiative.
