“Wish we could give it a 4.5. The home is beautiful, the location was perfect but it was not a smooth check in process. We drove in from the city to spend a few days with family on the coast and when we found this home online we knew it would be perfect for all of us. Unfortunately, when we arrived for check in the cleaners were still there. Apparently the check in and check out times had changed but that wasn't reflected on the booking site or any of the email communication. We had 2 cars full……
