“This hotel is in new and amazingly beautiful shape. I had to come in quite late into the evening and the owner was flexible in accommodating me. The only thing that was unusual was that my room was in the building that is not attached to the main building, about a block away. (On the phone the owner said it was three blocks which technically it might be but in reality it did not seem that far at all.) I did feel a little isolated. However I am sure in the busy season it's hopping. The value for……

“The automated check-in was very easy. The room was super clean and the smart TV was a bonus. We enjoyed the Keurig coffee.The only critique is that there wasn't a hair dryer. That would make it difficult to shower, wash hair and leave early on a winter morning!”

“Desk clerk charged me for the room after I told him I had a room reserved for me through hotels.com. It took a bit, but was fixed. Last visit and this one, I was in the same room - no Kleenex available. Other than that all was good.”

“I arrived and reluctantly stayed, even though the room was in need of a cleaning. I found a bar of soap and soap wrapper in the shower. I'm not sure the shower had been cleaned as there was hair in it. I stayed 2 nights and did not step in shower. There was a towel on the shower...not sure it was washed. Cobwebs were plentiful in the bathroom. I would have left, but it was my only option for my stay in Faulkton. I am not a neat freak, but this was absolutely not acceptable.”
