“The Good! Bed was very comfortable. Nice coffee setup. Stovetop, full size fridge are nice amenities . Not So Good. Unit and facilities signage were less than optimal. Carpeting was beyond life span. Outdoor lighting was below safety standards at night. Shower area needs a good cleaning on ceiling. Toaster did not work. Toilet would run continuously if you did not jiggle the handle. Lightning in the unit was also less than sufficient. All that being said, I would stay again in a pinch . ”

“The property was very clean and close to the slopes and the owner was very responsive and accommodating. ”

“Overall we were pretty happy, the condo is in a great location, priced comparable to others I have stayed at nearby. Underground parking is a HUGE plus, especially since it snowed while we were there. A little disappointed in the fact that the shutters were broken (off the window) in the main bedroom, the shower in the main bedroom was not cleaned very well (hair on the walls) and the provided canister of body wash was totally empty in both downstairs bathrooms.”

“We rented the entire 4 unit complex during our stay and it worked perfectly for our group. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge and on the bus route for downtown Mammoth Lakes. The large underground garage is a great benefit.”

“Mammoth Lakes is a wonderful place. We’ve been going there since the ‘80s. For work then play. Staying in motels, then camping at Owens River in tents then trailers and now renting cabins This has been the best stay. Although they all had their pluses . This cabin was perfect.”

“We were the landlords 1st tenants and everything went very smoothly. Communication was great from the very beginning. 2 ample sized bedrooms, a small separate living room and an additional great room upstairs with the kitchen. And plenty of private parking. Worked great for us 4. ”

“I give this place 4 stars. The way they handled other issues while staying at the property took them from a 3 to a 4. Would have been 5 stars if the quality of the beds were better in all rooms.”
