“環境不錯，員工親切，房間整潔舒服。床超好睡，枕頭一般，房間用品如牙刷，感覺是都用心選過的。房間隔音稍差，晚上聽到外面人聲，但不早睡，問題不大。早上附近十分寧靜，可睡到自然醒。早餐豐富，人不多，靜靜聽著中式音樂吃早餐，感覺不錯，應是在其他酒店感受不到。附近多食店，小湯包和油爆蝦都很好吃。”

“The information on bookers is incorrect, and I spent a fruitless 3 hours trying to find this place in Hangzhou city. The text information doesn’t square with the address. Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY.……
