“I am first time user so didn't check things prior to staying. The washing machine and TV did not work. The back windows didn't have flyscreen so didn't try to open them. There was no fan or ac. The bore water although not the worst I have smelt still was strong smelling. I also was asked to dispose of my own rubbish. My fault to not check prior to booking. They are lovely people and I loved my stay with them. So very welcoming for myself and my dogs. The place is situated in a lovely spot.”

“In general I loved the experience, the sights and sounds of the rainforest are amazing. The weather wasn't kind to us and a power cut within an hour of arrival did have us thinking we might not stay but we persevered and we are glad we did. The property is 3 star so don't expect luxuries, go for the experience. Hosts are friendly and the amenities are good. Handy for Platypus hunting at Yungaburra and the Tablelands in general.”

“Very very clean. Calming and quiet. Lovely wallking area around building. Playground down the road. Enough room for a big family. Very tall stairs a bit tricky with babies and no food options nearby so take your groceries.”

“Lovely quiet and private cottages surrounded by rainforest. Birds and other native animals come right to the door. It was a wonderful and unique experience. A 10 minute easy walk to Lake Eacham. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves nature. ”
