Enjoy full access to our beautiful home, with the exception of the garage, basement, office, and a couple of closets for storage. Everything else is yours to explore and enjoy!
Entry Instructions: To receive the entry code for your stay:
- Sign the rental agreement
- Submit a $500 refundable security deposit
Once those are completed, we'll send you the access links via message and email to make your arrival smooth and seamless!
- Early Check-in or Late Check-out: We may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, depending on the cleaner’s schedule. A small fee applies, and availability is based on their timing. Feel free to ask us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Important Policy: To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $50 per pet per day fee, and guests with pets may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

- Yard Maintenance: Our handyman or lawn care team may be performing routine maintenance in the yard during your stay. Rest assured, they will never enter your private space without your permission and will not disrupt your stay.
- Outdoor Amenities: Some outdoor amenities, like patio furniture, may not be available during the colder months, but we’ll make sure you have a cozy and comfortable indoor experience!
- Guest Capacity: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a strict capacity limit of 6 guests. We kindly ask that no one sleeps on the couches during their stay.
