It's way out in the middle of nowhere, between Lake Havasu and Bullhead. There is a marina and a boat launch. A remote getaway on the river with great facilities.

The views, the pool and the river makes this property a must stay. There is a train that passes every hour or so, but the atmosphere made the hotel worth it. We were in the pool and bar staff brought drinks/food to the pool. Food was ok, but can do with some improvement. The rooms are exceptional value for money with really nice mattresses and super clean

This is really nice hotel in your in theTopock area. The views of the river were great. Checking in was a bit more than we expected. We had to go to the store in the dock area. Then back to the room. The room was nice and had lots of room inside. A nice deck. The room had some nice pictures. Comfy bed. All in all it was a really nice stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean rooms with awesome river views. A gem away from gambling and casinos. Definitely recommend. Bring you kayak to enjoy the river.

We had an amazing time here - space was great and all the staff, especially the bar staff were amazing and so accommodating. Needles is out in the middle of nowhere so not a ton to do around the property, but that’s part of the charm. Would come back, absolutely!

First time staying here , we loved it big clean rooms . We kept our boat in the docks not having to launch daily . We’ve visited the restaurant and pool by boat many times over the years and we’re excited to check it out . The train didn’t bother us but if you are a very light sleeper it definitely might . We will definitely be back.
