“Room was spotless with complete modern kitchen and bath. Nice short walk to the beach! Only issue I had was upstairs neighbors were beyond loud!! Asked for help because got woken up at 4am and 630am with kids running, jumping, and lord knows what else was going on up there. If I was to stay again I would get a 3rd floor to avoid this.”

“We had a great time at topsail! The beach was a very short walk away. The sound view was excellent! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded and we rented kayaks for a day and had a wonderful time. The house had great starter essentials and we loved the TVs in the bedrooms! The host was very friendly!”

“Steps to the Sea was a great house for our family vacation. The house is beautifully updated/decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. And the beach was great and not crowded!! Michelle was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to our questions both during booking and our stay. “The house was great for our party of 11 with 4 of those being children around 3-4. Easy beach and pool access.”

“We enjoyed staying on the property. It had a beautiful, oceanfront view. We came to town for a wedding, and it was the perfect place for us to stay for the weekend. The bathroom was a little small for us, but other than that, it was great! ”

Be aware that this is a duplex, which means that you will have next door neighbors out on the balcony next to you, and you will need to share the parking area. Overall, a great beach vacation rental! “This house has it all! Lots of space to spread out, beautiful views, lots of kitchen necessities, and supplies to get our week started. The host, Kyle, was super responsive to our needs and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our family enjoyed this property so much and hope we can return! ”

“This beach house was a great location for our family, right on the beach and not far to restaurants, grocery and shopping. We really had a great time playing on the beach, which is beautiful and spacious. There is a public beach access right next to the house but the beach was never crowded. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of pots, pans, etc. Everything was clean. My only two things with the house was that the beds upstairs are very lumpy and soft so if you prefer a firm mattress……

“The property was gorgeous and the location is great just steps off the beach. Hot tubs were great, lovely gazebo to have meals beachside. Very swift communication from owners, our first night there was a beeping from the elevator and a technician had it fixed by 9am the next day. We hope to stay again!”
