“This property is so cool and unique! After a long day on the trails it was great to come to the barn say hi to the goats and step in to the bungalow and it was nice and warm. The owner was so cooperative with the check in process as he met me first thing in the morning so I could go enjoy the trails. Trails lead right to the door! “We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The home was clean & spacious. It also has plentiful amenities although they are quite basic. Nothing too luxurious, but they have everything you should need.The internet connection was strong for our phones, However, the TV connection was extremely spotty so we pretty much couldn't use it. “Got it, let's refine that: --- Our recent stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. The property grounds are impeccably maintained, offering ample space for various activities. We had a blast enjoying the 6-hole disc golf course, playing soccer, whiffle ball, kickball, and volleyball. “My husband and I loved our stay! The property was so beautiful and even had some trails to walk, which was a lot of fun. The house was amazing and had everything we needed! We felt very relaxed and at home during our time there. Steve was very friendly and gave us all the details we needed for our stay and Morgan the property manager was great and reached out to assist if we needed anything. I would love to stay here again!”

“both for work and pleasure i do stay at fair amount of short term rentals. This house is extremely well maintained and managed. All utilities work perfectly, everything is brand new, and it is definitely the cleanest place that we had ever stayed at. Location is also perfect. Close to bars restaurants mountains whatever you might need. ”

“The house and property were beautiful. The perfect winter Vermont weekend getaway we were looking for. Sledding for the kids and wood stove to keep cozy by. A couple of issues we had were two smoke detectors chirping low battery as soon as we arrived, and while the house did seem clean, there was evidence of rodent nesting in the kitchen. Vacasa quickly offered to come out. I recommend that VRBO indicate 4WD required in winter. This was not indicated on the VRBO website and we didn't see……
