“Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt um mit dem Zug nach Rom zu reisen. Die Unterkunft selbst befindet sich in einem sehr charmanten Haus. Der Garten und Pool sind wirklich einladend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

“We stayed in the Aqua luxury villa. Private access within the park. Close to the pool (so you could see when it was busy or not) and included 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers at the pool. We paid 3 euro per extra sun bed and 4 euro for extra umbrella. Close to shop, laundry and restaurant in the complex. 5 min walk to the private beach accessible by the wrist band given at check-in for each person. The onsite restaurant and shop are reasonably priced and well dtocked, super pizza and fries! The……

“We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay.”

“This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.”

“Lovely functional apartment, Alessio is very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Perfect walk to the beach and several dining options nearby. ”

“Zu allererst ein großes Dankeschön an Barbara, Massimo und Alice. Wir haben vom 20.07.-31.07.2025 gebucht.Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten schon ab 9Uhr morgens einchecken. Für uns perfekt, so konnten wir bereits den Abend am Vortag losfahren und waren somit in der Nacht am Brenner und konnten ohne Stau passieren. Wir waren dann gegen 11uhr angekommen und wurden bereits persönlich erwartet. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt ( auf Englisch). Danach hatte uns Barbara alle möglichen……

“Das Appartment ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Mit Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist sehr gut. Für ein Problem wird schnellstmöglich versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Lediglich der Check-in war verbesserungswürdig, denn wir standen zuerst alleine vor dem Haus. Davon abgesehen war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.”
