“The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room.
Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good.
However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with……

“The staff here were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always fresh with plenty of choice.
It is very conveniently located. The bus station, shops, Bryggen and the Floibanen funicular are all within a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Badezimmertür hat extrem gequietscht und war sehr verzogen (konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden und ist aber auch immer von alleine aufgegangen).

We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
