“I booked at this property for my family who just got in married in Cotabato, then travelled to see a family in Bukidnon before flying back to New Zealand. However, they were not able to use the accommodation because the cellphone number given is unreachable. Because of time difference, I only got the messages of my family the following day telling me that they were unable to contact the owner. I sent a message if I can get a refund and give the money to the newly wed as my gift, but I haven’t……

“All good, except, parking was on street and managed by Abreeza Mall. Inconvenient especially when it rains.”

“The owner was responsive. Check in process required effort...A typical problem, after 3 emails he left the keys....Davao renters often Ad, check in hours 9am to 6pm knowing flights arrive all day n night, in this regard a Hotel is better. This owner however did leave the keys...There is no parking... Security offers 500P a day which is ridiculous when overnight street parking is available for 80P..The view is great, the place, nice enough a Europe 2.5 star... There are no toiletries "none" so……

“Clean, quite and nearby groceries, church and restaurant. ”

“Ants everywhere... You will get bite by ants all the time. And the sound proof was awful... You can hear clearly everything from the streets. There were bunch of kids shouting and yelling outside at the same time at night. ”

“The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Nice view of Talikud island. Has steps that go down right into the ocean for swimming. Watched some sea turtles swim by from our balcony. It is close to the local culture. Some good resturants, street food and kaputian beach within walking distance. The locals are amazing and friendly. I Totally recommed this place. ”

The care given by Arnil was exceptional—he was always eager to help and quick to resolve any issues that arose. The house itself was a perfect home base for our Davao City adventures. One thing to note is that the location can be a bit tricky for some drivers to find, so be prepared to explain the directions. However, once you arrive, you'll find that the house is conveniently……
