Enjoy full privacy in your bright and spacious, above-ground 1-bedroom coach house. Unlike typical basement units, this suite is located above the garage with large sunlit windows. Features include a private entrance with a smart lock, hardwood flooring throughout, a modern kitchen with cooktop and full-size fridge, cozy living room with smart TV and dining space, and a large bedroom with a generous walk-in closet.

The space is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, ensuring a welcoming, fresh environment. A Tesla EV charger is also available (one full charge per day for $50 fee), making it perfect for eco-conscious travelers.
