I was very shocked about this service of the hotel I paid for 2 queen beds and thy just gave me one king bedroom and i was really in need to have the 2 queen beds i also went down for help and they said sorry we are sold out of the rooms they didnt help me at all i ended up leaving the hotel at 1 am at night as until now they didnt give me my refund of the room because i didnt even sleep there or use anything very bad service and not recommended at all i am very sad about what happened to me.

Very friendly staff. Nice grounds. Good amenities. Only complaint is that the rooms must have been fairly dusty or perhaps ducts dirty. We all either experienced either some coughing and runny nose during the night with some sore throat and phlegm in the morning which alleviated soon after we left.

This property was convenient but buying the breakfast included in my package was a mistake. The service was average and the customer service was nlt great. Fiest, you get thereand have to wait to get seated. When it was time to order, the meal would take 25 minutes ro be provided. I had an event and my mother needed something to eat and had to end up spending more money outside of the hotel due to the long wait. I paid for breakfast in my package and was not able to eat due to the long wait. This was unacceptable. Service was not great.

Good stopover, reasonable rates. Didn’t care for the “Pay” EV chargers as the rates were as high or higher than you would pay at most high performance chargers, 0.05/minute for 7kw performance; so $3 for 7 kWh. Many hotels offer complementary charging or just have a nominal fee to control the charging.

I didn’t even want to make this review but a few days ago my plan was to stay at the Hyatt across the parking lot. They were fully booked. Thought “how bad” could a Hilton be. While there were some issues with the room they gave me, the front desk was amazing at switching me rooms. That wasn’t the big deal. The big deal was later in the evening when I went to order some food. They have an open kitchen where you can see the cook. I saw him doing kitchen stuff then going to wash his hands, (rinse then cuz he didn’t use soap) then proceeds to take the paper towel from dying his hands to blow his nose and continued working WHILE LOOKING AT ME LOOKING AT THE MENU waiting to order!! I don’t understand why people choose to work in a service based industry while trying to make the company look bad. And why be a cook if you’re going to be gross, especially in front of an audience. I went across the parking lot and ordered at the usual hotel. While I didn’t see what the cook did, I’m going to assume it wasn’t as disgusting behind closed doors. And if it was, at least I didn’t see it.

We were attending a wedding at the Mississauga Convention Center and the Hilton was 5 mins away.like everything about it including the small restaurant and bar though we didn’t eat there and instead went to a place called Moxies….just up the road. Downside was the Toronto airport flight path was over this area and being on the 6th floor you could hear the jets over head. Next time we’ll ask for a room on a lower floor.

I stayed several nights. staff at the reception generally were not friendly compared to tthe staff few years ago as I had stayed several times before Covid. Mostly cleaners are very good, however in one day one cleaner did not clean, only changed the towels and removed garbage bags, She left empty bottles on the floor. She even did not change the sheets of the bed and left the bed unfolded. I complained in the evening and expected them to do something but they didn’t.

It was perfect for what we needed it to be. However it said that breakfast was included. But on arriving at the restaurant it was clear it wasn’t an option. Which was very disappointing.
