The property has everything I need in a convenient location. The staff is kind and accomodating and the rooms are nice, clean with comfortable beds. There happened to be crumbs under the edge of the bed when I arrived on this visit which was a bit off putting , but otherwise, the room was very clean. I found the toilet to have very low pressure (and have noted this on previous visits). My hair dryer did not work (but I forgot to tell the staff, and how can they fix what they don't know about?).
One thing to note: I have stayed several times and found that people who are not patronizing the hotel sometimes hang around the doors and ask guests for money, cigarettes, or the use of a cellular phone. I feel for these individuals, but often travel alone and it does make me uncomfortable when entering the building at later hours (I stay annually for an event that tends to run late).
There is a restaurant on site (Italian, reasonably pricey), and a couple of places less than block down the road, one of which is open until midnight. Walkable during the day, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend walking at night. Otherwise, the hotel is close to Collossus Drive on which there are many other options (5-10 minute drive depending on traffic).
