The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. There’s a loud ?air conditioner? ?fan? In my room that is super loud. I can’t turn it off and the temp is freezing. The thermostat doesn’t work at all. I had to book this in a pinch because United airlines cancelled my flight home so it was nice that I found something but probably won’t stay here again.

The hotel was located very convenient to where we were going. However the hotel had mold in the bathroom and windowsill. There was no deadbolt lock in the room, it cannot be locked from the inside. I rarely saw a concierge, the person who checked us in was not pleasant, I get it he probably was having a bad day. We left the hotel as soon as we woke up. We just ended up booking another hotel for the next few days that we’re in the city.I’d rather pay the extra fee to stay at a cleaner and safer hotel.

It was fine. I was worried when I read some of the reviews, but for our purposes it did the job. Not fantastic, but adequate. Reasonably clean, some repairs in the rooms needed. Breakfast was meh but edible. It was….fine.

This trip was the first, and last time I’d stay at this hotel. The advertised airport shuttle is not well explained and is not very accessible to someone who has never stayed with this hotel before. I was unable to receive a shuttle from the airport to hotel both times I stayed (overnight layover before and after my trip). When I asked the manager about it he was very rude to me and stated that I wasted my money. When I got the shuttle to the airport the next morning - after arguing with the manager to get it, the driver showed up at my room ten minutes prior and told me he’d been waiting for me forever. I stated I was told 930 and he said yes. This was at 920. He then snatched my room key out of my hand and said I’ll just check out for you. I was very uncomfortable in this situation. Overall the hotel itself is not the best either regardless of service. I was walked in on while I was sleeping the first night and the second night my TV started blasting in the middle of the night while my remote was across the room. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend to a friend.
