The hotel was great, room was beautiful and staff was very helpful. The only complaint was the street level noise at night. The sirens could be heard from our 4th floor room. Other than that, the stay was great.

Basically a disappointing experience from start to finish. Issues with the card reader caused an embarrassing, drawn out check in & check out (so my cards weren't the issue as repeatedly suggested). Made it to the room to find it was not prepared for the 3 guests listed. Annoying because I assumed the additional fee for a 3rd person meant they would be provided for. Requests for a robe & extra towels were initially ignored (delivered hours later). I was told about the broken ice machine after wasting time going and calling to inquire, because I guess a sign or being notified at check in would have been too much. I appreciate that they delivered ice to the room, albeit in a much smaller container than the one provided so after using the few cubes we just decided to settle for warm drinks. Then the fire alarm went off repeatedly for hours, which they said was out of their control. I was more frustrated by the lack of clear direction regarding procedure than the alarm itself, although in all my years of hotel stays, I've never experienced this, especially for an incident that wasn't in the building. Priority should be given to safety, but if you're the only building with an alarm sounding for a local issue, it seems that the smoke detectors may need adjustment? The next morning they decided to spend a few hours testing the alarm, and just when we thought we could finally have a few moments of peace before check out, they started hammering/construction that lasted til we left.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! It was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The receptionist was fantastic—super friendly and helpful. I was even able to check in early, which was a nice touch. The valet parking service was convenient, and the hotel's location in downtown made it easy to explore. There are so many great restaurants nearby, making it an ideal spot for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommend!

Room offered was a poor location- 201 does not provide for a welcoming experience with the kitchen busy supporting a full event. Staff seemed preoccupied on their computers or phones to engage. Nice looking hotel, but not delivering a premium experience

My one-night stay at The Sutton (Room 520) was nice. I loved the design of The Room and was pleased with the cleanliness. I also found the space to be sound-proofed quite well for its location. I think the foyer is missing a lamp and there should be a box of tea next to the little collection of Nespresso coffee pods. Additionally, there needs to be a drying station for wet swimsuits. I loved swimming in your pool, but the staff were not helpful when I asked for help with drying my wetsuit and needed to leave by noon. The restaurant was wonderful and I had a great time chatting with one of your bartenders. The wine collection is excellent, but the Shakshouka is decent...
