The disability accommodattions are "nice try" but not right. The front door ramp is MUCH steeper than it should be. Some other accommodations require assistance rather than independant use. Still, much better than nothing.

Broken bed frame, stained sheets, stained mattress, curtains hard to pull, rusty metals in washroom, garbage from prev visitor still on carpet, headboards are damaged. Generally run down. There is a shop in the hotel, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! $7 for a chocolate bar. The snack items are largely expired ( woman offered $1 off for expired items) upon return for a plastic fork ($2) the kind you get at a drive thru - the woman had returned the expired food into the stock on the shelf.

At first it looks ok, but if you have a long stay (3-4) nights you start to see the details. Our extractor in the bathroom didn’t work, the handle that regulates the water temperature in the shower fell off, wallpaper peeling off.

The location to downtown Toronto was the only thing we liked about this property. We will be lucky if we didn't bring back bed bugs! The property, including the supposedly renovated Suites are run down old and filthy! The lobby smells like a giant smoking room and ashtray as people are allowed to smoke right outside the front doors. The garbages in the lobby are constantly overflowing. We stayed in an upgraded room, and what a joke! So many things in disrepair, including the patio door which we could barely open. Everything in the suite was covered in dust and dirt and just plain yuck , from the mirrors, carpets, fridge, lamps, toilet, counters, bathtub, blowdryer...etc The sheets and towels were stained. So on top of it already being dirty, daily cleaning was not done, and only the bed made and towels replaced as necessary. The room doors close so loudly, the last night we were there I was kept awake all night by people-slamming their doors, the excessively loud air conditioning unit, and Highway traffic! If that wasn't bad enough, my body was so itchy that I scratched all night. Did a room search for bed bugs , and thankfully didn't find any .. but who knows! After having not slept all night due to these things, I attempted to have a shower at 5:30 a.m., and there was no hot water. I suspect they turn the temperature down to save money at night. The water was still not hot at 7:00 a.m. when we decided to check out early, and leave the cesspool! Sketchy people at this place

Average accommodations. Perfect for our busy days touring the city. Staff were friendly and the rooms were always kept clean. My son loved the indoor pool.

This is an older property. The room is sparsely furnished. The bed is clean and comfortable. Notable road noise but not horrendous. Overall a clean safe option. The pool area is lovely and the food options were great.
