“The property owner Lars & Bonnie go above and beyond to make your stay awesome and have so many great suggestions of places to go and do. We arrived a tad early and they accommodated us with a early check in, very sweet for them to do on the QT. They had left homemade chocolate M&M cookies PLUS doggie treats for our pups. "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
