“Lovely, quality apartment. Comfortable sofa bed. The tiled floor was cold, so take slippers! Nice to have a bath and shower with ample hot water. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, just needed something to over a fried egg! Stunning views from the balcony. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountains. Unfortunately the sauna was broken on our stay. Great location, just a across the road from the town. The Super U supermarket was great. They forgot to give us the code to get……

“Nous avons passés une nuit en étape entre Genève et Annecy, c'était merveilleux ! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu la chance de nous restaurer mais nous reviendrons à l'occasion, le propriétaire nous à recommandé des restaurant tous fabuleux ! “Par où commencer tout d’abord chambre très petite , concernant l’hygiène poile et cheveu dans la baignoire draps avec des poils, manque d’eau chaude et j’en passe.., heureusement le personnel a réagis et nous a changer de chambre, mais manque de chance télé non fonctionnelle.Concernant l’espace bien être, jacuzzi tiède/froid (ce n’est pas de la faute du personnel car soucis technique) mais qui aurais dû être précisé lors de l’appel pour la réservation, piscine assez froide donc tout les enfants……

“Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . “Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. Tracé sur et dans les toilettes et dans la baignoire. Le……
