For example, sticky drink marks all over the outside table, missing light bulbs, filthy windows, damaged service hatches, torn fly screens (therefore useless), dirty footprints around the pool, green slime in the pool shower tray, paint peeling off the woodwork around the front entrance, terrible varnish/paint job on the front door, paint hanging off the shower ceiling and a rusty damaged light fitting over the……

“The apartment has a nice location, close to golf practice area and views from the balcony over the 14th green (par3). Swimming pool close by. Good restaurants close to the resort. The apartment is as in the pictures. TV makes exception to this. Pictures suggest that it is a so called smart TV, but it is not. Only local antenna channels. No internet or wi-fi nor smartview capabilities, so no netflix etc. Wi-Fi itself works nicely. Some maintenance needed. Broken stuff out on the balconies.……
