“Das sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Gartengrundstück und Pool ist ruhig, aber nicht einsam zwischen Torre Vado (Meer, ca. 2 km) und Morciano di Leuca (Supermarkt, ca. 2 km) gelegen. Man kann wunderbar am Pool oder an den vielen (auch schattigen) Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten rund um das Haus entspannen und am späten Abend auf der Dachterasse einen Sundowner nehmen. Zum Einchecken trifft man sich mit Antonio und Assunta (den Eltern von Giuseppe) in Torre Vado, diese fahren mit bzw. zeigen den Weg……

“La villa est parfaitement située pour visiter la région et profiter de la mer. Petite crique idyllique (un peu moins accessible quand la mer est forte) et déserte au pied de la maison. La vue est exceptionnelle et le jardin bien plus grand qu'en photo. La piscine est également très agréable.
Quelques petits désagréments au niveau de l'évacuation des douches et de l'aération des pièces en souplesse mais rien de grave.
L'agence en charge de la maison est très réactive et présente au moindre……

“Heureusement, la piscine était recouverte car fraîche au mois d’octobre. La mer a 10 mn de la maison, c’était très bien. Avons visité de nouveau certaine villes comme Lecce que nous avions déjà visitée. Très bon séjour avec soleil. À recommander car très propre.”

“The house is absolutely beautiful, vaste, well organized, with intimacy for everyone (large rooms with bathrooms for each) and at the same time nice terrasse, garden and large swimming pool to be all together. Close to the coast and its beautiful coves, restaurants, boat tour, fantastic views...it's the perfect place to enjoy nice holidays with family and friends! We found life quite cheap compares to other similar places in the mediterranean coast.”

“Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole , la villa si trova a 2 passi dal mare , comodo e facilmente accessibile . Il personale molto disponibile gentile e cordiale . La stanza molto semplice ma pulita .. ottimo per chi vuole riposarsi. Inoltre la location si trova in una posizione strategica in quanto con l’auto si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti i lidi . “The property was great but the description read like there were 2 bedrooms and there was only one. The property was described as including parking, which was important to us so we re-verified that with the owner prior to the trip. But parking turned out to be on the street and “first come, first served”. There were at least 3 occasions where we had to park several blocks away and almost did not get a parking space at all. On another day, a holiday, we had to plan to stay at the house all day……

“Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und es kann sein. dass wir einmal wieder kommen. Besonders hervorziheben ist der großartige Ausblick.
Allerdings sind einige Angaben in der Beschreibung schlichtweg falsch:
Der Strand von Pescoluse ist niemals in Gehminuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß benötigt man mindestens eine Stunde. In 20 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand von Torre Pali. Da man nach einem Bad im Meer, den Aufstieg lieber vermeidet, mussten wir doch meistens das Auto nutzen. Für uns war……

“Het verblijf was goed.Ik wil wel vermelden dat wij hier hebben gezeten in de kerstperiode, waardoor wij wel verwarming nodig hadden, en die was niet helemaal optimaal. We hebben het huisje geboekt omdat er een open haard in zat. Maar die bleek helaas niet goed te werken, hij rookt als je geen raampje open zet. De communicatie met de contactpersoon is goed!”
