“A massive thank you to Albert and his family for having us stay on their property this weekend. We were incredibly grateful for their extra efforts—fresh bread and homemade cakes to celebrate our anniversary were such a thoughtful touch. It was a joy to watch their daughter with her horses and to see the beautiful Highland cows. The tent was perfect upon arrival, and overall, we’d give Albert a 10/10 for his hospitality and care. Thank you again! We will be back!”

“Tracie and Ashley have thought of everything to make sure you have the most perfect stay. An amazing brekkie was supplied. Fully enclosed backyard for the dogs, and a hilarious spitting alpaca comes and says hi! Only a 5 minute drive from Hahndorf. Absolutely beautiful and well equipped cottage.”

“I found it very convenient for my needs. Spacious mater bedroom, double rose shower and great ambiance. Nicely presented. I would stay again. ”

“Host Donna is welcoming and friendly, answering my questions and leaving us a bottle of filtered water in the fridge, as it was a hot day when we arrived.The cottage grounds are gorgeous, flowers and trees making the rural feel oh so special. The beds are comfy, there is a kitchenette with enough appliances to keep oneself fed, plus a clean bathroom.Best of all - it's dog friendliness. Our dogs were comfortable and happy, which is the most important thing to us :)”

“Lovely old home with secure parking for 3-4 cars, fine beds, kids games and stuffed toys, kids dishes(which is always a very positive sign for us), central heating/cooling, well equipped. ”

“We had a lovely one night stay in The Barn and would love to return in the future. This place is a gem! Private, beautiful landscape and very well done inside with high end finishes. Loved the brick walls throughout and cosy, yet high end feel. The jacuzzi tub with nice smelling bath salts and candles was very romantic. Having breakfast provided was a huge help as we were there on a Wednesday where a lot of places are closed. If you are going to Barossa definitely stay here. You will not be……

“We had a lovely stay. House was beautiful and spacious and had a ton of stuff for the kids to play with or read. Grassy area was perfect for cricket or kicking a football and there was a large property to explore. Cosy indoor wood burner capped it off. Thoroughly recommend to others.”

“We stayed for Gather Round and loved the place. We had a car so it was an ideal spot being a touch out of the city but also close enough to drive around everywhere. Would absolutely stay again and Guy was a great host. Place is super clean and well priced.”

“Traffic noise in the morning is very noticeable, you may want to pack ear plugs. Otherwise the property was absolutely amazing in a superb location....we will def be back!”
