“Reserved this property for the 4th of July weekend. The house was the perfect size for my husband, son and I. Perfect location as well. Tim was amazing to work with! I had an ‘oh crap’ moment on our way to the vrbo and realized for some reason my reservation was for 2026, next year! I frantically messaged Tim and he called me right away and got everything straightened out! ”

“This place is a little gem! It’s far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to run into town for groceries etc. The AC works incredibly well, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to self cater. I was traveling on a motorcycle so I was able to pull up right outside the front door to unload and the yard light kept it feeling secure. All in all very satisfied with the location and would certainly stay again should I need to. ”

“The location was perfect for exploring Fort Laramie, the Oregon Ruts, the Registry Wall and Guernsey State Park. Afterwards it was wonderful to come back to enjoy a quiet evening in the cabin. The decor was perfect and it was fully stocked with everything needed. Julianne was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!”

“In spite of a rocky beginning due to my lack of access to VRBO messaging due to cell phone malfunction, our stay here was most enjoyable. With a day care center right next door and railroad tracks nearby, all was quiet and restful. We could hear the train whistles distantly but they did not interfere in any way with sleep. Heater in bathroom had an unpleasant smell but all else excellent! Thank you so much!”
