We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast.
We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us.
The changing room of the fitness centre has an odor of sweat due to lack of ventilation and proper cleaning.
