"I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. "A nice hotel with excellent facilities & staff. 2 mile walk into Ipswich, not too strenuous also, nature reserve was a pleasant experience. The room was a good size if a little tired and needed door mats to the front and rear entrances"

"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay."
